Is Nightstop a legit place to book tickets and tours?
Yes. Nightstop is a booking storefront powered by TicketMatch.ai, the delivery infrastructure behind every booking. Tickets are sourced through contracted suppliers including Musement and Viator, payment runs through Stripe's secure checkout (iDEAL, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay), and every booking produces an official venue voucher delivered instantly to your phone.
How do I receive my tickets?
Instantly, through six channels: email, WhatsApp, Telegram, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet and PDF. One booking, six channels, zero hassle. No account is needed — your e-ticket page works straight from the link in your confirmation.
Can I cancel my booking?
Most experiences offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start; the exact policy is shown on each experience before you book, and cancelling takes one click on your e-ticket page. Where a supplier grants a partial refund, that same percentage is refunded to your payment method. Private chauffeur bookings are refunded at 50%. The €2.50 service fee is not refunded.
What is the €2.50 service fee?
A single fee per order (not per ticket) that covers secure payment processing, instant digital delivery across all channels including Apple and Google Wallet, customer support and cancellation handling. It is always shown before you pay.
What are the curated day trips?
Ready-to-book day itineraries: hand-picked museums, cruises and experiences, perfectly timed, with live availability checked before you pay. One payment, an official voucher per venue. You can also build your own day with the day planner, travel times included.
How does the private chauffeur service work?
You book a private driver for a day trip (Mercedes fleet from Sedan to S-Class), tell us your pickup address and mobile number, and pay online. Our team confirms your exact pickup time personally. A chilled bottle of Moët & Chandon can be added on board.
