1. Who we are
This storefront is operated by Nightstop("we", "us"). The website, technology and booking platform are provided by TicketMatch.ai. Where a purchase is completed and paid for on this site, TicketMatch.aiacts as merchant of record and payment processor on our behalf. Where a booking is completed on a supplier's own platform, that supplier is the merchant of record.
2. The experiences
The tours, tickets and activities shown here are provided and carried out by third-party suppliers and local operators, sourced via our contracted ticketing suppliers, including Musement and Viator. When you book, your contract for the experience itself is with the supplier and/or the local operator that delivers it. We and TicketMatch.aiact as the storefront and technology platform that present the offer and facilitate the booking. Private chauffeur services ("Voya") and curated day packages, including any concierge planning fee shown at checkout, are offered by us directly.
3. Bookings, prices and confirmation
Prices are shown per person unless stated otherwise and may change until a booking is confirmed. After a successful booking you receive a confirmation and an e-ticket or voucher. Please present your voucher (printed or on your phone) as instructed for your activity.
4. Service fee
A service fee of €2.50 per order applies and is shown clearly before you pay. It is charged once per order, regardless of how many tickets or experiences the order contains (for example, a multi-venue day booked together is a single order). This fee covers secure payment processing; the instant digital delivery of your ticket(s) across multiple channels, including the official voucher, Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, PDF and email; our customer support; and the administrative handling of bookings, changes and cancellations. Because the corresponding service is already provided at the time of booking, the service fee is non-refundable, including where the underlying tickets are cancelled.
5. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund rights are governed by the cancellation policy of the specific experience, shown before you book (for example, free cancellation up to 24 hours before start where indicated). Where a supplier's policy grants a partial refund, that same percentage is refunded to your payment method. Private chauffeur bookings (Voya) are refunded at 50% when cancelled, as the driver and vehicle are reserved for your day. The service fee in section 4 and any concierge planning fee are not refunded.
6. Liability
We present listings in good faith based on supplier information. The supplier and local operator are responsible for delivering the experience as described. To the extent permitted by law, our liability and that of TicketMatch.ai is limited to the amount paid for the affected booking.
7. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
